Let's see. I'll summarise first 1. Cat high debate (Gawfs) 2.Tests(Finally over) 3.Debate exco interview
Main points settled. Time to expand
1. Cat High debate.
On Thurs, Cat high came to our school to debate with us. No pun or offense intended, these are just purely my own opinions. Almost all of them wear glasses. (Hint hint) First speaker was not bad. Second speaker was an extraordinare. Third speaker was weak and from China, and therefore, he made many grammatical errors which I long to correct. Of course, they have more exp than me and it isnt my place to comment but this is really what I thought. Our team was great!!The motion: THBT (The house believes that (don't ask me why)) that homosexuality should not be included in sex ed. Its in refrence to the AWARE saga. AND THE GUYS STUMBLED OVER THE WORD"sex" MUHAHAH. (GAWFFS)
2. Tests
FINALLY. All the tests for the term is over!!! Yay!!! ACC test was so easy, I feel cheated for worrying so much. Lit and letter-writing was okay.
3. Today, I had debate exco interview. It was terrfiying. Alison looked bored at my replies. Sharon was VERY quiet. She only nodded with slight and quick changes in her eyes. Claire was quiet too, but she wasn't as scary as Alison. Ugh. I think I ruined it. I want to be lower sec co, to help you in more ways in debate. When in debate, I become a completely different person. Focused and determined. Organized. I really love debate. But I think I threw away my own chance. UGH.
This aint really relavant, but i find it a bit amusing. When we were electing next term's councillors, I kept quiet, delibrating(?) on my choice. Suddenly Cherie called out my name and half the class supported her. So i was elected. I think i want to be elected, to do something for the class. More than a media leader. I don't mind. I guess I'm neutrel.
